University Fine Arts is proud to offer several different scholarships toward programs offered at, including classes and studio rental.
There are scholarships for adults and teens, artists of color, and emerging and established artists. University Arts of the scholarships are juried and are either merit or financial-need based University Arts are committed to giving everyone the opportunity to take our classes.
Therefore, we offer an array of tuition assistance, scholarships and work study opportunities. Here you can learn more about these opportunities and how to apply for them.
Everyone has fun. Through inspiring lectures and exhibitions, Fine Arts Centers showcases the work of our instructors, scholarship recipients, studio renters and students.

This program is sponsored by grants from City of Seattle, Office of Arts and Cultural Affairs; SAFECO; PONCHO; and National Endowment for the Arts.
The Fine Arts Centers is our off-campus exhibition venue in the heart of Seattle’s Downtown Art Walk. Join us for these free exhibitions the First Thursday of every month and Fridays and Saturdays from noon to 5pm. For information on upcoming exhibitions, see our event listings by date. Making art is an experience your employees, clients, friends or family will remember for a lifetime. It’s also a great activity to enhance creative thinking, encourage teamwork, and bring friends closer together.
Inside Fine Arts Centers professionally-equipped studios, your group will enjoy a customized, hands-on experience making jewelry, art prints or even blown glass! Our instructors are professional artists experienced in guiding everyone, including complete beginners, through a playful, rewarding and productive experience.
Whether you are celebrating a special event, organizing a workplace retreat or looking to reward employees or clients, University Fine Arts can help create an art adventure for you. Browse through our sample art experience packages. University Fine Arts board members and all administrative staff are not eligible to apply. Instructors, coordinators, work study and monitors are not considered administrative staff. Applicants may receive any two scholarships in their lifetime unless otherwise noted in the scholarship prospectus.
A certain amount of financial assistance is available each quarter to adults and youth who otherwise could not afford to participate in University Arts or workshops.
