The treatment and conditions of Residential Schools, there is a strong belief that learning takes place best when the learner discovers facts and ideas rather than being taught. This being the information era, and the highway to a revolution of knowledge is self - learning.
To this end a lot of emphasis is placed on enquiry training across all stages in the school as well as across the curriculum. Our evaluation system is also broad based. We understand that examinations are not the only way to assess a student. Formative assessment is the norm. Assignments, projects, worksheets, presentations, collaborative activities, unit tests and end of term exams are the tools through which the performance of a student is analyzed.

Cultural activities form the warp and woof of School for children with autism curriculum. School for autism Kids include Indian and Western classical and folk dances and music forms, fine arts such as drawing, painting, sculpture and dramatics. School for autism Kids school has auditoriums and numerous co-curricular activities of the school keep them in full occupation throughout the year.
School for children with autism is designed as homes, not hostels. Each storey has its own comfortably furnished common rooms with entertainment facilities and ample space for socializing. There are no old fashioned dormitories.
Both the bedrooms and common rooms can be personalized with favorite material by the students. Each International Boarding House is supervised by an experienced residential Senior House Master who is assisted by other Matrons/Wardens on to each floor.
All students, whether boarders or day boarders belong to a small Mentor Group led by a Faculty Mentor who has responsibility for their personal welfare and academic progress. The professional counselors complete the pastoral team.
Though Schools for autism kids is a nonsectarian school we regard each student's spiritual growth as being of equal importance with his intellectual, emotional, physical and social development. Each individual has the freedom to practice his religion within the framework of understanding, respect and tolerance for the beliefs of others.
There is never a dull moment in Schools for autism kids. The students are either busy with their studies or actively involved in co-curricular activities or sports. Every aspect of a student's need is taken care at our School.
