Regular Aerobics classes are conducted for all students. Aerobics helps in maintaining a healthy body, which in today's junk food world is lacking, in addition to enhancing co-ordination of movement in a child.

A half an hour class of aerobics in the morning keeps the body alert, takes the mind off the student of the daily stress of studying and keeps him going throughout the day of enhancing co-ordination. It instills in the child the importance of keeping the body fit from a very young age, and this eventually becomes a habit as an adult.
It has been scientifically proved that aerobics helps in relieving stress by releasing happiness hormones, which is of utmost importance because of the stress we face in our daily routine, children being no exception.
