These courses are carefully designed to appropriately address and challenge our Preparatory School students at each level and to equip them for future success.
The core curriculum is supplemented by a multitude of electives and special subjects such as Foreign Languages, Technology, Journalism.
Computer Literacy Preparatory School students , Art, Digital Photography and Video Editing, Physical Education, Business, Study and Test Skills, Research Skills Preparatory School students.
Biography, Writing Skills, Ecology, Problem Solving, Band and Chorus, Government, and Current Issues Preparatory School students athletic program.
The Preparatory School athletic program also plays an active role in meeting the physical needs of adolescents and provides a focus on sportsmanship as well as school spirit and pride Learning Center.
In addition to regular physical education classes, Preparatory School students can participate in many interscholastic sports such as boys basketball, girls basketball, volleyball, softball, track and field, tennis, swimming, and cheerleading Learning Center.
Student clubs, the National Junior Honor Society Learning Center. and the Student Government offer other opportunities for students to become involved and allow them to explore various leadership roles and service skills while having fun Learning Center.
A well-rounded education, however, is not limited to the classroom or even to the school athletic program. Therefore, Riviera provides many other activities such as school trips and student dances to contribute to overall development and maturation athletic program.
All of these elements combine to foster growth and prepare students for academic and social success in the years to come athletic program.
The Learning Center allows students and teachers to work one on one and concentrate on areas of study which need more attention. Advanced students can also gain from such individualization, as they are placed in an environment conducive to learning at an accelerated pace. Students are generally scheduled for instruction at the Learning Center during their normal school hours athletic program.
